My client is a market leader in Expanded Access Programs (EAP) & Post-Approval Named Patient Programs. We are a team of experts, having distributed medicines in over 120 countries worldwide.


As the HEOR Market Access Consultant, you will provide strategic development and use of industry-leading predictive and economic models to enhance the understanding of specific diseases and therapy areas, and to quantify and help communicate the value of Client products as part of their commercialisation and reimbursement strategy's.

What You'll Do:


  • Working crossfunctionally within the Market Access Division, develop and implement market access solutions to meet clients' needs concerning early access programmes and commercialisation of product portfolios.
  • Scientifically responsible for the design and implementation of costeffectiveness and budget impact models to evaluate the economic impact and value of health care interventions in order to support the market access strategy for client portfolios.
  • Systematically search for and synthesise disparate qualitative and quantitative evidence for interpretation with meaningful summaries driving strategic thinking for clients.
  • Ensure timely availability of complex and/or simple clinical, economic models that meet the needs of payers as part of the wider HTA programme for clients.
  • Perform 'whatif' modeling to help with product strategy/development decisions for client projects and provide guidance to individual markets with respect to model adaptation.
  • Manage directly external vendors supporting any modelling work and be accountable for any development and validation work required.
  • Write and develop Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, Early Access Programme dossiers for EU markets.
  • Directly contribute to the development of asset profiling, competitor landscaping, pricing scenario analyses, value propositions, innovative value access agreements and local market negotiation strategies on price and reimbursements.
  • Development of pricing strategies for target market and pricing corridor analyses
  • Lead and manage market access programmes for clients as per the agreed statement of works, managing stakeholder expectations, presenting information, meetings management, developing communications and reports, issue management, and working with external partners providing specialist resources.

What You'll Need


A bachelors degree or higher in a scientific discipline and/or MSc in Health Economics or a related quantitative discipline, such as biostatistics or epidemiology.


  • Significant clientfacing experience in a Market Access Consultancy or a Market Access role within a Pharmaceutical Company
  • Highly Analytical with the capability to interpret and report on multiple data sets.
  • Experience in designing and developing health economic models and analysing patient level data for inclusion in HTA submissions.
  • Experience in crossfunctional working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, especially in the relaying of technical information in client presentations, dossiers, or value propositions
  • Leading client facing programs and project management experience.
  • Fluency in English and another European language would be an asset.
  • Working within a crossfunctional team environment
