  • Facilitating travel and accommodation arrangements in line with the Firm's policies
  • Coordinating diaries and meeting management for staff as and when required
  • Assisting in preparing presentation slides, reports and maintaining workflow logs

About you:

We're looking for a proactive, efficient person who is organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Educated to A level (or equivalent), with GCSE grades A-C/5-9 (including English/Maths or the relevant experience). Ideally you'll have experience within a professional services environment but this is not essential.

You'll be a great communicator who is able to adapt their approach to different audiences and possess excellent IT skills (including MS Office experience).

Great problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative will see you well in this role.

The ability to prioritise work is essential along with time management skills.

You'll be handling sensitive information so you'll be comfortable in dealing with this discretely and in a confidential manner.
