Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an extremely well-known logistics business as they start to build a FP&A function in their Crewe office.

This is a brand new role and will be reporting into the Operations Finance Director. With the continued growth, this person will be building the FP&A function from scratch.

You will be responsible leading the end to end quarterly forecasting and annual budgetreporting process to aid stakeholder requirements across the business.

Key responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:

Leading weekly flash reporting consolidation and review process
Providing timely insight to the flash P&L
Identifying and interpreting key trends across the revenue and cost lines in the P&L
Deliver the end to end Management Reporting process including executive reporting, board reporting and segmental reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Taking the lead on building the FP&A function to deliver weekly information for the Finance Director and wider Board
Act as business partner for assigned stakeholders across the business
Review and challenge the local P&L performance

To be considered for this new FP&A Manager you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Logistics experience is preferred but not essential.

Salary on offer up to £55,000 with bonus, benefits and flexible working.
