The OA Group are currently looking to recruit an
Adminstrator to join our growing client within their
Training Department based in
Letchworth on a
Temporary to Permanent basis.


About the role of Administrator:

  • Hours of Monday to Friday08:3017:00 (No remote working offered)
  • Weekly Pay of £11.28 to 12.82 per hour (Equal to £22,000 £25,000 per year)
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity
  • Free onsite parking
  • Immediate Start for the right person

Day to Day Duties of an Administrator:

  • Support the team and trainers in planning and executing training courses at various sites from start to finish
  • Liasing with customers to book in dates for courses
  • Administration of courses including; Instructions, invoices, attendance sheets, feedback forms, pass certificates, schedules, trainee lists
  • Answering any enquiries from customers
  • Hiring spaces for training
  • Preparation of training rooms

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communicator written and verbally
  • Proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
