Job objectives and responsibilities

Procue maintenance items
-
Use Coupa procurement system
-
Stock control and rotation
-
Work as part of the Mitie team
-
General office administration

Main duties
-
Responsible for goods in and out.
-
Control of delivery and despatch notes
-
Deliver parcels/packages to the whole site.
-
Liaise effectively with other departments.
-
Procure new stock items
-
Banks person duties
-
Security duties on the goods in/out delivery gate as per the LSS
-
Store person duties (cleanliness, access times, stock levels)

Person Specification
-
Strong and effective communication skills.
-
Well organised with the ability to prioritise
-
IT skills
-
Experience in performing to KPIs and SLAs
-
Ability to pass Prison Service vetting.

Health and Safety responsibilities

  • Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;

  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
