Join a friendly family-run group of independent pharmacies with a great reputation based and strong relationships with the local communities across the Midlands

Seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their branch in Mickleover (DE3) with a proven track record of delivering excellent services to the local community.

Ideally working full time Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and Saturdays (9am to 12pm). May consider just Monday to Friday if required.

Circa £24 per hour depending on experience, plus an uncapped bonus based on services and items (realistic bonus potential is £7-10K per annum).

Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist

You will be a GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with 2 years postregistration experience.
Proven ability to take command and grow the team in order to enhance current services as well as develop new and innovative ones.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist

Ensure all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.
General fulfilment of prescriptions.
Undertake key service provisions of aspects such as pharmacy first and other NHS services.
Support the pharmacy team on a daily basis.
Build working relationships with patients, customers, and care homes.
Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems.
