Salary:
£22,200 - £26,400**
Location: Cambridge, UK. Hybrid.

We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.


Join our Property & Services team to provide seamless administration and service across our Cambridge Campus and additional UK based sites.


About the role


Working as part of the Property Admin team you will carry out administrative and support tasks to ensure a cohesive service is provided to the business from the Property and Services team.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Allocating jobs to the facilities team via our Property helpdesk, which is managed between 8am and 5pm. Working hours within this time frame are flexible.
  • Assisting with meeting organisation and minute taking.
  • Providing support to wider team projects.
  • Working with SAP to raise POs and manage goods receipting,

About you


The role requires a task focused, organised and motivated individual, someone who is keen to develop within a role, taking on extra challenges as they arise.

Someone who can work successfully as part of a team but can also manage individual tasks.
