Grow Creative Data Specialist

£18-22 p/h

Hours: 9am-6pm

Grow Creative is the internal Team tasked with closing our capacity and skills gaps in key creative and production roles around the world.

The main purpose of this position specifically is to help build out an Airtable database which will help collect and operationalize all data required for success metrics and the tracking of global talent and tracking of programs and training costs.

This databasewill be required to internally and gather data from multiple regions around the world
and collaboration.

Core responsibilities:

Building out the existing Airtable so it meets the data collection and reporting needs of the global Grow team
Working with regional Grow Managers to help build out their Airtables so it meets the data collection and reporting needs of their country/ regions
Work closely with our finance team to ensure the Airtable meets their reporting needs
Train Grow Managers
Inputting all historical required to bring the regional and global Airdate up to date
