Barod are looking to recruit an Employer Liaison Officer to join the Cyfle Cymru,Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service.

The post holder will identify work placements and suitable sustainable employment opportunities for participants while actively promoting the service to a wide range of stakeholders.

The post holder will also liaise with employers to source suitable vacancies and opportunities as well as providing in-work support.

The post holder will match suitable opportunities to participants.

The post holder will also identify and establish contacts with local employers through innovative outreach and marketing activities to promote the programme, it's service and the benefits of recruiting our participants.

The post holder will also plan and deliver annual employer focused events. The post holder will act as a point of contact for the peer mentoring service with employers.

The post holder will also provide support to the employer including professional advice and support, communication, and presentations regarding the participant of Cyfle Cymru.

The post holder will provide a flexible, high-quality service, working in partnership with the Peer Mentors.
