The role:

As an Insurance Advisor specialising in Sales/Renewals you will be providing new and existing customers with motor insurance quotes.

You will advise clients on additional products including home and travel insurance, creating cross sell opportunities and directly generating income.

You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls, managing your time effectively to achieve all targets set.

Whilst providing excellent service to all of our customers and ensuring that business quality and compliance are of the highest standard.


Desired skills:


  • Experience in Customer Sales/Service or the Hospitality industry is preferred for this role due to its focus on customer service and client satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, quick thinking and the ability to address client issues efficiently
  • Be a team player, having a positive attitude with a strong work ethic embracing our core values

What you'll need:


  • A minimum GCSE at grade C/4 in Maths and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • No previous experience of insurance is required, full training will be provided, but if you have insurance or call centre experience this will be advantageous
  • A desire to enter a dynamic and values driven work environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

£22,308.00 per year
