Control Room Operator

Based in Camberley

Working shifts

£24,000 - £32,200 per annum + OT

Shifts available:


  • 4 on 4 off days and nights (will be paying at the lower end of the scale as less hours)
  • 6 on 3 off (3 days, 3 nights 3 days off paying at the higher end as more hours)
  • Must be experienced and confident in emergency situations such as evacuations, disturbances & organising fast response to client sites
  • Use of CCTV and basic IT skills are crucial to this role.
  • Security Control Room Operator should support his/her line manager in delivering various projects and take on additional responsibilities as and when needed
  • In this role, time keeping of the highest standard is crucial. Working to the best of your ability as an individual and within a team is a key aspect of this role

Advantageous background:


  • Holding or has held a SIA licence
  • Holding or has held a SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence
