• Book instore appointments and visit relevant boutiques to obtain items requested by the company
• Provide constant updates of new stocks and arrivals with relevant instore pictures to the reporting manager
• Work closely with relevant instore managers to obtain items requested by the company
• Procure items and conduct meticulous inspections of goods procured
• Consolidate and prepare for shipments with accurate records of invoices

• Wellversed in English or Chinese, both written and verbal
• Possess problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Have a pleasant and presentable outlook
• Be a good team player, with integrity, maturity and selfmotivation
• Possess good knowledge of luxury brands (an added advantage)
• Have a strong knowledge of where to look for specific goods
• Possess strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Be selfdriven with a growth mindset
• Have the ability to prioritize work in a fastpaced environment with a variety of requests and deadlines
• Maintain company policies and procedures
