    The Opportunity

    As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new customers, building pipeline and creating opportunities for the sales team to close. This isn't just another SDR role – it's your chance to be part of a high-impact product launch while developing your career in SaaS sales.

    You will:

    • Prospect and research new business opportunities across multiple markets.
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
    • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
    • Use CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) to manage pipeline.
    • Share feedback with sales & marketing to sharpen go-to-market strategy.

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS / HRTech a plus).
    • Passion for tech, SaaS, and talent assessment solutions.
    • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
    • Competitive, self-starter mindset – loves hitting and beating targets.
    • Experience with CRMs and outreach tools.
    • Curiosity about AI and HRTech – and how it's shaping the future of work.
