Facilties Administrator required for immediate start- 12 month fixedterm maternity contract

The key responsibilities of the Facilities Administrator will be as follows:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facility needs
- Assist with office move and space planning projects
- Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Support the facilities team in daytoday operations
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Facilities Administrator should have:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A proactive approach towards problemsolving
- A keen eye for detail
