Purpose of the role


This role sits in the CPC Team within Pinsent Masons and will support the lawyers in the CPC team, on a variety of in-house paralegal duties and administrative tasks.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing basic legal documentation templated letters of engagement, nondisclosure agreements, change control notices, termination notices
  • Reviewing standard supplier agreement
  • Undertaking commercial and highlevel legal research
  • Managing precedents and other internal templates
  • Supporting lawyers in the CPC team on project management for large scale projects
  • Supporting Procurement Category Managers preparing legal terms sheets for tender activities
  • Coordinating due diligence on supplier agreements
  • Coordinating document executions and filing
  • Assisting CPC Team lawyers with daytoday administrative duties
  • Dealing with any additional ad hoc duties that may arise

Person Specification

Qualifications:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • LPC qualification or legal qualification preferred

Relevant Experience:


  • Be able to demonstrate strong previous paralegal experience, ideally within a global commercial law firm.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong previous document management and project management experience
