A dynamic independent law firm are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to take on a Professional Support Lawyer role to join their busy team in their London office.


The Corporate Lawyer's Role


The successful Corporate Lawyer will take on a non-fee earning role, working to support and advise the fee-earning team on a range of corporate matters including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, equity and capital matters and commercial agreementsand transactions.


The Corporate Lawyer will also regularly run training and create share information on key legal updates affecting the insurance teams.

You will also be involved with business development.


The Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Lawyer

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
  • Proven track record in Corporate
  • Exceptional drafting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and teamoriented
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
