Business Development Executive - Coventry, United Kingdom - Harbourne Associates
Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with crossfunctional colleagues in Marketing, Education, and Sales to develop and execute customer plans
- Ensure highquality retail merchandising instore
- Complete and maintain effective reports
- Support marketing initiatives, launches, and promotional plans for all of our clients brands within the Wholesale sector
- Build strong relationships with wholesaler store managers and other key personnel, e.g. digital and technical
- Build a strong digital presence for the brand (Instagram led)
- Achieve KPIs set across commercial and educational areas of the role
- Provide technical training and development of Preferred Partner sales teams at commercial meetings
Requirements:
- Commercial aptitude, with a strong passion for the professional hairdressing industry with experience and knowledge preferable
Basic hairdressing skills of NVQ level 2 (required):
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and time management
- Selfmotivated with ambition to grow and succeed
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a commercial focus, driven by educational knowhow
- Strong digital skills (including Instagram)
- Good communicator at all levels of business
- Takes ownership and is solutionoriented
- Full/clean UK driving license
Basic Salary:
Highly competitive, negotiable on level of experience
