The Successful Applicant- Proven track record in business development, with experience of winning new business
- Commercial and entrepreneurial acumen, able to identify new opportunities
- Solid experience of selling security services or services in general
- High level of prominence and gravitas, comfortable engaging with all levels of seniority when selling or negotiating
- Persistent when it comes to finding and sourcing opportunities, with a solutionsorientated "roll your sleeves up" approach
- Selfstarter with good organisational skills, discipline and motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Work towards and exceed preagreed revenue targets
- Support the recruitment and coaching sales members to supporting achieving sales targets
- Build a high performance sales function
- Implement robust sales methodologies into the team to help them perform consistently
- Monitor KPI activity and ensure teams are maintaining levels of activity
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales team to deliver results
- Accountable for driving business and increasing its revenue, identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company, tracking new markets and emerging trends.
- Leads sales and clientrelationship management.
- Guide longterm objectives to meet business needs and requirements
- Have experience running inside business development teams
- Ideally have some line management experience
- Ideally come from a B2B background
- Have a proven new business leadership track record
- Have hands on experience and a willingness to work directly with the team on a daily basis
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the company.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to influence and lead sales team
Commercial Management:
- Customer relations; responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational sales and Customer Relationship activities.
- Brand management; ensure that Golden Crown Security brand is promoted effectively.
- Business development.
- To identify & convert new customers, and develop opportunities within existing ones.

Salary:
£48,588.32-£93,379.94 per year
