Learning & Development Manager
- up to £45,000 per annum

  • Work for a well established local business in Moreton in Marsh
  • Monday to Friday no weekends

About the role


My client has introduced this new role into their well established and already successful business to develop, implement and execute an L&D strategy.

The strategy and interventions will support the learning of product knowledge, customer service, sales andcompliance.


Alongside developing a suite of training courses and materials, you will support employees with their development plan and continued learning.

About you


To be successful in this role, you will have worked in a regulated environment (ideally within the Insurance or Financial Services sector).

You'll have experience in a role which has seen you identify, design, deliver and evaluate learning interventions.
