Valeco Recruitment are supporting an established client who are based in the heart of town who are on the market to hire an experienced Part Time Sales Administrator to join a supportive and established team.


Please note you are required to be based in the office while you embed throughout the first 6 months then you will have the opportunity to work 2 days per week from home.


Our client is looking for someone to work over the 5 days, and they are flexible on start and finish times to suit the right individual.


Working for an established Scottish firm who are the leader in their industry sector and this is an opportunity that is very rare to be available and one you will need to be quick on.

The role

  • Supporting the sales team with a strong and super organised administrative support
  • Preparing and managing sales proposals and tenders
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Planning and prioritising internal meetings including agendas and follow ups
  • Constructing and compiling client proposals, including complex tenders and pricing
  • Ensuring the internal CRM is accurate with client information
  • Building up relationships with internal key stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients
  • Filtering and answering calls into the department along with dealing with clients should they attend on site along with other ad hoc administrative support.

What are we looking for?

  • Super organised administrative professional, a must
  • You will come from supporting individuals and be someone who works supremely well when managing a multitude of tasks and deadlines
  • PC literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and PowerBI with Excel being at advanced level
  • First class attention to detail
  • Love working in a team but also managing your own workload
