Trainee Legal Assistant


If you are looking to gain well-rounded experience in a Legal role, this is a great opportunity to learn your skills in the workplace.


As a Trainee Legal Assistant, you will be a part of the team that supports the business overall which means you could be working in any of the departments at any given time - covering absences, holidays or helping out a heavy workload.

Competent typing skills are essential and previous experience office experience is useful.

Initially based in our Guildford office, but you must be able to travel to our other offices.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking Firm where there are opportunities for further career progression.


Requirements:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate typing ability/ Audio typing experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Good written and oral skills including accurate punctuation and grammar.
  • Good communication & organisation skills
  • IT skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
