We are looking for a Production Support Specialist to join our Production Support team, reporting directly into the 2nd Line Team Manager.

In this role you will be working in tandem with our business stakeholders, Technical Specialists, Product Engineers, Consulting, and the Employee Support Centre team, to name a few It's an amazing opportunity for the super sleuths among you to showcase your problem-solving and investigatory skills


Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day as a Production Support Specialist (Customer Facing) is always varied. You'll be the first point of escalation for our Employee Support Centre and Customer Success teams.

One day you could be liaising with providers, building relationships to ensure benefits are arriving on time and as expected, the next you could be speaking with Consultants and Technical Specialists advising on trends and issues, whilst proactively finding resolutions to an array of queries.


The Production Support team have the responsibility of assessing queries and defects raised by internal departments in Benefex relating to customers.

This assessment includes identifying which area of the business is in the best position to resolve this query and supporting with the resolution in any way we can.

  • It would be great to have previous experience of working with payroll/benefits/pensions data, but it's not essential.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
