An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Administrator to join our client's well-established team in Grimsby.


The Main Purpose of the Stock Administrator:

The Stock Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and replenishment.


The Stock Administrator Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Checking stock levels regularly
  • Managing bookings on the system
  • Completing all required paperwork
  • Using specific warehouse management systems
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete all delivery documentation
  • Support other departments to ensure the best possible service is always provided
  • Provide an efficient orderprocessing service for customers across all sites
  • Ensure the receipt of orders is timely and accurate

The Perfect Stock Administrator will be:

  • Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Previous experience working within a warehouse environment (preferred)
