We are delighted to be partnering with a industry leading business as they seek to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team.

Within this role, you will report into the Management Accountant, and this role is a full time permanent position withhybrid working arrangements available.

As the incoming Finance Administrator, after a period of training you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to:

  • Managing the accounts mailbox
  • Matching PO's to invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers on any queries
  • Placing orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload efficiently and effectively
  • Keen to learn and develop further

This role is based just south of Ely and is best access by your own transport for days when you will be office based.
