twentyAI is partnered with a boutique market maker that is a big-name player trying to disrupt their respective industry using a data-first approach

The business has a fintech division that provides technology-driven investment banking solutions, operating across a wide range of products and classes.

This role reports to the COO and will support a number of key projects, driving improvements within thebusiness' operational infrastructure.

over the past 5 years they have quadrupled in size and are looking to bolster their COO leadership team with a senior-level hire

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering new business initiatives for the business following and improving the groups change process
Reviewing and improve existing MI and KPIs to effectively monitor and steer the business
Creating transparency around costs and budgets and driving efficiencies and cost reductions
Driving change for the team by reviewing existing process and identifying enhancements
Supporting the Delivery of key new inhouse build technology platforms as well as the roll out of third party systems.

Role Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in manufacturing OTC Derivatives or experience in structured securities
In depth understanding of front to back processing of these products
In depth understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks of these products
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience managing IT Change or Regulatory Change projects highly desirable
University educated
Very strong interpersonal skills
