Description

The NEECS Integrated Care Team (ICT) Administration support role is to support clinical teams to manage patients by providing appropriate administration support including receipt of registered patient, service user contact and appointment booking.


They will provide direct administration support to the clinical team including ordering, maintaining stock and other general administrative tasks including accepting patient referrals, booking patient clinic appointments, photocopying, printing, data input, patient contact via phone call, reception duties and generating clinic letters.

They will work in close collaboration with, and under the management of the Integrated Care Team Lead.

Register all patients referred into ESNEFT on the relevant IT EPR system, presently SystmOne Forward all referrals to relevant service hub using established service rules

Receive phone calls from professionals and patients and their families and carers and refer onwards as appropriate when needed. When a query is able to be answered based on information known e.g. appointment bookings, all phone calls should be completed and closed in the gateway

Input monthly clinical audits into national databases for audits assigned to Community Gateway

Collate information from data sources to populate BRAG and SitRep reports on a daily basis during agreed times
