Endeavour Recruitmentis expanding its team and looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced industry and establishing and maintaining relationships with customers.

:IBM,Sony, NATO, NHS Trusts along with
Large Banking firms and companies in the
Financial Area.We also have both
Contract and
Permanent roles available in
Major Military Companies, supporting the
Defence Sector.


We are a highly motivated, fun and dynamic team, able to work as individuals or as a combined unit, supporting each other to succeed.

Our office is based in the water-side village of
Hamble, fifteen minutes drive from
Southampton and a 5 minute walk from
Hamble train station - 1 minute from major bus routes.


We offer a fixed salary and all employees in the company have the opportunity to increase their earnings through performance related commission, regardless of job role.


We have the following role currently available:

Senior Recruitment Consultant:_

Experience within the recruitment industry (preferably I.T recruitment) is essential.

Experience of working independently, securing new business and maintaining established client relationships is essential.

Experience of supporting and/or managing other staff is preferable but not essential.
