LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership, wholly owned by the private banking group LGT, which is in turn owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein.

The Wealth Planning team is responsible for the provision of comprehensive financial planning advice to individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts.

We work with our clients to create bespoke financial plans, considering the whole of the market in order to find the best financial planning solutions.

We are involved in a broad range of activities including:


  • Cash flow analysis
  • Psychometric risk profiling
  • Retirement planning
  • Pension aggregation Income ta
planning Inheritance ta
planning

  • Business planning
  • Protection for death and illness
  • Long term savings and investments
  • Offshore and international planning for nondomiciled and nonresident clients
  • Venture Capital Trust, Enterprise Investment Scheme and Business Relief advice

Brief Role Objective:


The primary role of the Team Assistant is to provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Wealth Planning Head.

In addition, support would also be provided to the Head of Wealth Planning and Operations Manager as required.

This is a broad role to include diary management, assistant with presentations, administrative task, team operations as required. Areas of support would cover wealth planning operations both in London and regionally, family governance offering and financial wellness offering to corporate institutions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and calendar management Process e
- penses, invoices and payments

  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Organise, coordinate and manage team events and offsites
  • Work with the Marketing department on centralised events
  • Prepare presentations
  • Align holiday schedules
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Process gifts and entertainments
  • Record management of all training requests
  • Manage IT requests and issues
  • Own brochures and fact sheets
  • Manage client data recording
  • Ensure all relevant sign offs are in place where required
  • Support with onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers
  • Assist with project work, as and when required

  • No specific qualifications are required within the role however, broad knowledge of the wealth planning offering and, wealth planning operations would be essential for the role
