Care Home Administrator
HOURS:
9am - 6pm
Tuesday - Saturday
SALARY:
£13-£14 per hour
LOCATION:
Pimlico
Duration: 6 weeks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide all aspects of administrative support within the Home
- To greet family members when visiting
- Supporting with invoices and payroll
- To maintain a professional attitude within the Home towards all Team members, residents, and visitors
- Maintaining effective and clear communication with all Team members and residents on a daily basis.
- To carry out administrative duties within the Home. Such as Managing resident's finances and documentation, Banking, typing
- Weekly return of invoices and purchase orders
- Keeping up to date diaries and appointment systems
- Completing current appropriate documentation
- Answering the telephone and passing on messages
- Receiving visitors in the Home
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Skills including word, Excel, outlook
- A good understanding of customer care
- The Ability to work on own initiative
- Detail oriented and organized
