Description
Finance Assistant responsibilities:
- Raising Purchase Orders, and entering Goods Received Notes
- Manage Credit Cards, including entry of transactions and reconciliation
- Support budget holders by reporting income and expenditure to ensure they are operating within an allocated budget
- Raise internal journals
- Provide petty cash
- Process and monitor sales invoices
- Other general administrative duties
Profile
- Knowledge and experience of accounts receivable activities
- Knowledge and experience of general bookkeeping and administration procedures
- Producing accounts receivable reports and reconciliations
- Accounting system e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a professional services environment
