T-T Pumps Ltd, one the UK's market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Stores team.

This role includes overseeing daily stores activities and managing a dedicated team.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ensure receipt and dispatch service levels are achieved
  • Promote stock management best practices at all times and highlight any outages
  • Monitor and maximise staffing levels and equipment to ensure operational requirements are met
  • Identify and deploy efficiencies
  • Drive high standards towards all aspect of health and safety
  • Supervise, motivate and lead the team
  • Ensure systems and procedures are followed at all times
  • Working alongside the management team to achieve goals
  • Responsible for warehouse organisation
  • Identify training needs

WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • Based at our offices in Woore

ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY:


  • Be flexible to the requirements of the business
  • Observe and maintain the company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
