Description
K.E Hornby & Son are a family run construction company specialising in home extensions, renovations and structural alterations. We are based in Hazel Grove, Stockport & have been well established since 1901.

We are looking for a multi skilled joiner to join our growing team.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a company van. We offer a competitive salary negotiable & dependent on experience. Positive working environments, on going training and development.


Ideal canditates must have:


  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in domestic work
  • Own tools prefered (not essential)
  • Positive attitude, want to further develop themselves, take pride in their work and have good client relations.
  • Puntual & organaised

Role & responsibilities:


  • Read architects & structural drawings
- first and second fix joinery such as roof constructions, floors, studwork, doors & frames.
- fascia's, soffits, Plastic & timber cladding

  • General building work/multi skilled on site, this includes duties such as floor slabs, steelwork plasterboarding.

Pay:
From £29,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
