Description

Do you have experience of working in a mental health setting? We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our service in Beeston, to work 3 X 12hr day or night shifts per week with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our Company sites.

You will work with clients who have varying degrees of mental health issues and dual diagnosis. To promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

What we'd like from you:

Previous experience within a healthcare setting required.
Previous experience leading a team required.
NVQ L2 or L3 Health & Social Care preferred.
A strong sense of responsibility.
Reliable & trustworthy.
Willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills.
Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude.
Quality orientation.
