THE JOB:

  • Working to support the small team of luxury sales consultant with all post booking queries
  • Dealing with amendments and special requests
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and communication from booking to departure
  • Ensuring documentation is received
  • General administration and sales support
  • Huge scope to grow this role and learn all aspects of the business

WORK EXPERIENCE:
This would suit someone who has great administrative experience and organisation skills.

As this is handling high net worth clients, you will be comfortable dealing at this level, and so would have previous experience in a luxury product.

You will have greatcommunication skills and attention to detail. Travel Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential, however a passion for luxury travel and a keen interest in luxury travel product is definitely beneficial


PACKAGE
Starting salary is very much dependent on experience and negotiable. This is a role with plenty of scope to grow as the business does. This is a small friendly team, with big plans and they offer hybrid working. Based in a South Yorkshire town within commutingdistance of Barnsley, Sheffield, Huddersfield and surroundings.
