Job Description Join Our International Team is looking for a French Speaking Customer Service / Quoting Specialist**Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey with a global impact? Our Customer Service Team, serving client companies in over 180 countries worldwide, is on the lookout for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team. This is a hybrid role with a 50 / 50 split between working from home and in our office in Bury. If you're enthusiastic, driven, and ready to redefine excellence in customer service, this opportunity is for you


The Role:


As a key player in our Customer Service Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our clients based in France, Luxemburg and Belgium.

Your focus will be on handling, managing, and successfully resolving customer inquiries in French and English.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and be the driving force behind our commitment to providing unparalleled customer experiences.


What you will be doing:


Ensuring all incoming customer inquiries are processed with lightning speed or escalate when needed, maintaining response times within agreed-upon timescales.

Entering and updating account information to generate quotations, ensuring a seamless transition from quotation requests to order conversion.

Ensuring the correct handling of controlled substance inquiries for customers, following the existing guidelines in close cooperation with our controlled substance team and compliance team


Collaborating with other teams (Order Entry, Sales, and Operation) to create and deliver excellent customer experiences and provide valuable feedback.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

Multilingual:
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in French and English

Customer Focused Mindset:

Ideally some experience in customer facing environments or sales support roles as well as understanding of CRM systems and supply chain management processes.


Organisational Skills:
Possess excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail


Communication:
Strong Communication skills both verbal and written, a can-do attitude, and the willingness to go that extra mile.


Team Spirit:
A Team player who can also work well individually.
