Lettings Administrator - NW London


Is being organised and having a high attention to detail part of your DNA? Do you want to work for a highly regarded brand that is all about its employees? Have you got a background in Lettings? We are seeking either someone who is already a Lettings Administrator or are currently a Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator and fancy a change to a more administrative role.


What would your day to day look like here as a Lettings Administrator:

  • Dealing with references
  • Tenancy progression
  • Arranging set up for tenancies and tenancy agreements using software
  • Arranging for inventories to be booked
  • Dealing with renewal paperwork and renewal tenancy agreements
  • Ensuring compliance is met and followed regarding gas, electric and energy performance certificates
  • Ensuring tenants receive all the correct legal documentation regarding their move in
  • Helping book in viewings if needed and aiding the lettings team in other administrative duties
  • Dealing with a little sales administration as and when necessary.

The key bits and pieces:


  • Paying circa £2528k depending on experience
  • 5 day working week is preferable, although 4 day working week could be considered, salary would be prorata.
  • Nondriving role

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
