Primary PE Lead Sports Coach

Orpington With travel to Dartford, Sidcup, Bromley areas

£23,933 salary with bonus and incentive scheme

Shift patterns between 8:30am-4:30pm or 11:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a leading, UK-wide, Sports Coaching company who are looking for their next Lead Sports Coach to join their growing team in South East London.

This role is based between school venues from Monday to Friday during term-time and will cover various locations during school holidays.

They're looking for individuals who are ambitious and driven to succeed, with a customer-focused approach, because although you'll be the face of their organisation, you will form part of the school community so must provide integrity and reliability and deliver exceptional customer service.

All staff receive:

London Living Wage Salary (updated to April 2024 rates)
Monthly contribution of £60 per month for expenses
28 days holiday, including 8 bank holidays
Profit share and incentive scheme of up to 47% annual salary based on company profit and performance
Professional CPD and training opportunities, including annual staff training week (last week of Summer) based at Head Office in Staffordshire with paid travel and accommodation.
Delivering high quality primary PE and sport lessons and after school activities
Delivering safe lessons, including effective behaviour management strategies
Delivering high quality school holiday provision
Completing key administrative tasks such as lesson planning and assessments
Take steps to improve yourself with regular 1:1 meetings with your line manager
Providing excellent customer service to schools, parents, and children
