Empowering Learning are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to join our team and support our mission.

As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and assistance to students with diverse special needs


Your responsibilities will include:

  • The school is looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion and providing additional support, to provide the very best opportunity for allocated students.
  • Have experience working with children of a Secondary age in a Learning Support environment.
  • Have the confidence and ability to challenge negative behaviours and refocus learning engagement.
  • Understand SEND and provide a calm and nurturing learning environment.

How to Apply:

Salary:
£57.36-£84.59 per day
