SALES ADMIN & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR


Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator - is responsible for executing and supporting the order processing in EMEA, processing the customers' purchase orders in CRM and ERP, supporting account managers in all activities in the whole process Quote-to-Cash process.

She/he is monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of material, products, services and associated systems and pricing information.

Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability. Supporting customer service and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams.

She/he is accountable for communication with customers, efficiency and the resolution of transportation and admin issues.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics Coordination & Support (50%*)

  • Plan, coordinate and track the shipments of final products according to customer requirements, manage the timely flow of customer orders
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Provide and maintain good customer service and solve problems
  • Work on very complex logistic problems of diverse scope.
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Communication with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, etc.
  • Handle any request linked to instrument or consumable shipment including return
  • Handling of special shipment
  • Monitoring Backorder items
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Demo Units management
  • Customer Service & Order processing (50%*)
  • To execute and to support order processing in EMEA
  • To process orders through SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics AX for all entities of EMEA. To ensure the orders accuracy, compliance and maintenance (to follow SOX requirements).
  • Administrational support of field sales representatives and district managers in EMEA in the whole QuotetoCash process, including the preparation and execution of complex instrument and consumables quotations, order processing and order tracking.
  • Led communications between customers, sales, support, service, finance and other departments.
  • Work on very complex administrative problems of diverse scope
  • Cash collection work on AR Aging report and attempt to keep the cash collection cycle as short as possible

  • Preparation of various reports and admin documents for sales team and management
