SIPP Accounts Executive (Flexible Hybrid Working)


Contract:
Full Time, Permanent

Salary:
up to £32,000pa


Hours :
Office based but option to work 2 days from home after 6 months


The commercial division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a large organisation based in Leicester, to recruit for a SIPP Accounts Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


To be the in-house contact for the client, providing a quality administration service in respect of a portfolio of SIPPs (both SIPP Focus and other arrangements serviced by the SIPP team).

Maintaining records that meet the requirements of the firm and the regulator. Also providing a technical and administrative support to the Financial Planner.

Ideally my client is looking for someone who is a Pensions Administrator or in a similar role.

As a SIPP Accounts Executive, you must have the knowledge and skills below

  • Knowledge of the services that the firm provides to clients
  • Knowledge of the SIPP and associated products.
  • Good technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning
  • Knowledge of other financial services legislation relevant to role
  • Knowledge of inhouse money laundering procedures relevant to role and individual responsibilities in this area
  • Knowledge of Data Protection legislation relevant to role
  • Knowledge of IT systems and programmes relevant to role
  • Ability to work within level of authority and to refer work when appropriate
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate computerbased records
The successful individual will have the below skills/qualifications

  • To hold or be willing to obtain CII Award/Certificate/Diploma units (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a SSAS or SIPP client servicing and administration role

  • Hours

  • Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. However, these may vary to meet the needs of the business.
