Our client is a global business currently seeking an experienced Administrator to Support the team with day to day Administration.
Key Responsibilities for the job:
- Provide first level of contact for internal and external stakeholders handle any queries as required
- Collate and input information using a combination of inhouse systems and databases.
- Set up new vendors, suppliers and contractors onto systems with agreement of procurement and compliance
- Ensuring that key decision makers are kept up to date with relevant, accurate status updates, specifically if budget/spend decisions need to be made in a timely manner
- Vetting new clients and verifying property and asset details, ensuring systems are kept up to date
- Ensuring that new vendors are set up on the appropriate systems with the agreement of Procurement and Compliance procedures
- Identify and rectify errors in key systems swiftly and accurately to ensure all systems are always relevant and up to date
- Assist with client reporting
- You will require excellent communication skills and superb organization skills
- You will need to be competent with MS Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team is a must
- To comply with Health & Safety and Sustainability compliance legislation, and policies and procedures
- Upon request assist in the coordination of occasional meetings to ensure that communication between contractors is satisfactory, updating calendars and diary entries as appropriate
Key Skills required for the job:
- You will require excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- You will need to be competent with MS Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- You must be an excellent team player but work equally well on your own initiative
