The Finance Apprentice role is based within the Finance department and will report directly to the Senior Credit Controller.

The role will be primarily focused on supporting the credit control function across the UK Supply and Install, Export and Service Business.

This is a junior role and will suit someone looking for a path into Finance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Raising of proforma invoices, invoices, and credit notes in a timely manner. Including uploading to relevant customer portals
Reporting on reasons invoices cannot be raised and feeding back to the relevant department for resolution
Raise and send monthly statements at the beginning of each month
General administration including creation and management of customer accounts
Ad hoc tasks as and when requested by Senior Credit Controller or Finance Director
