Description

Reporting to the Partnership Services Sales Manager, the primary purpose of role is to proactively own and manage mortgage and protection advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines.

This is a high performance, high profile, sales focused role centred around the right client outcome.

Please note this opportunity is on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities include:

Identifying customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer's individual situation through professional and confident communication.
Proactively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork's T&C Framework.
Managing communications with clients, advisers, and 3rd party contacts.
Demonstrating an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of Mortgage and Protections products.
Be responsible for the endtoend advice process.
