Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing financial transactions and for the successful completion of related tasks.
About You
Highly numerate with a logical, methodical and inquisitive approach to work, you will be self-motivated to meet deadlines and exhibit excellent communication skills.

- +£10M Turnover. +500 Customer, Supplier and Contractor Accounts
- Location: Hinckley
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Invoice processing
- Purchase Invoice processing
- Purchase Ledger maintenance
- Assist with timesheet records to cover annual leave and busy periods
- Point of contact for finance related enquires
- Answering incoming phone calls and redirecting callers
- General office duties
You will need
- Microsoft Excel skills (desirable)
- Sage 50 (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- To be a team player and stakeholder focused
