Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.

Duties:

• Assist with construction and maintenance projects, including but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and landscaping
• Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a skilled laborer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Pay:
From £12.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 42.5 per week


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
