Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
  • Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problemsolving skills
  • Communicate effectively with customers in person
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers via phone calls or messages
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
From £23,864.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
