    We are a leading global IT infrastructure and digital services provider, ranked #1 worldwide for SEO excellence. We're expanding our presence in Dorset, UK and seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to build and lead our sales operation.

    Job Title: Dorset Sales Manager - IT & Digital Services

    This is a full-time commission-based position where you will be responsible for building and managing a network of sales teams while driving revenue growth and market penetration in the county of Dorset.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
    2. Build and manage high-performing sales teams.
    3. Drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
    4. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    5. Oversee commission structures and team performance.
    6. Report directly to international management.

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in IT/technical services.
    • A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including experience managing multi-state operations.
    • A deep understanding of digital services and SEO principles.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and P&L responsibility.
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

    Compensation:

    1. A highly competitive commission-based compensation structure.
