Now let us tell you about the role:

To provide an effective and efficient scheduling service, supporting business needs whilst ensuring the drivers and vehicles operate within relevant legislation.

Supporting the General Manager and wider team with any requirements.

To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed.
Transport vehicle planning / routing / customer relations
Adhering to vehicle maintenance management
Servicing, MOT's and defects
Adhering to DVSA regulations & Laws
Driver training / induction as required (to be reviewed after 6 months)
Assisting with customer inbound calls
Order processing and maintaining housekeeping on company software
Ensuring customer invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Professional and timely communications both internally and externally
Apart from the duties summarised in your Role Profile, the company reserves the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to, this type of work Support the operation through peaks and with holidays
