This post will provide a comprehensive personal assistant support to the Cardiff and Vale Research & Development Director, the Head of Research Delivery and Research Delivery Managers (Senior Management Team).


The post will also provide secretarial support/administration support to the wider research delivery team consisting of Research Nurses, Research Officers and Administrative staff.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full confidential, administrative and secretarial service to the Senior Management Team

Work as a member of the research delivery team to ensure service delivery and adequate administration cover is provided

Project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities

Administrative support to the wider team

To maintain confidentiality at all times.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
