Stock and Office Coordinator
Key Accountabilities
Primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end workings of the Stock Room, and carrying out general office duties, for a variety of products & services.
Overview of Duties
Organize and coordinate the Stock room processes in RTS
Accepting stock deliveries and ensuring they are processed according to the standards.
Ensuring the stock room is kept neat and tidy
Working with DPD for deliveries and pickup of stock and raising any issues with their performance to them directly and the Provisioning & Office Manager
Agreeing plans with internal RTS teams on what stock is required and when
Ensuring the Issue of the stock is managed within the 3-day SLA.
Maintaining stock levels to minimum requirements
Updating accurately Service Maintenance with all stock movements
Organising shipping of equipment to customer sites
Organising same day Crisis deliveries
Creating collections for equipment returns
Organising the return of all equipment into RTS Stock Room
Testing of all returned equipment as per the agreed process
Performing quarterly stock takes
Working with Finance to ensure stock levels are being maintained
Documenting the procedures and making sure they are up to date
Recognise opportunities for improvement and proactively raise those to line manager for agreement
Managing deliveries into the stock room
Manual handling duties

Performing audits of office equipment
Assisting your team/ managers with administrative duties if required

Requirements:

A full clean driving license and your own car
Previous experience in a similar role
General level of education, GCSE level or equivalent.
Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel in particular
High levels of accuracy, numeracy and a keen eye for detail.
Highly analytical, possessing problem-solving skills.
High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work to company standards.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - Office Based.
